This is pretty amazing. I don't ever remember a time when House members, especially Democrats, stood against their own President as a nearly unanimous contingent. Then we have Ralph Nadar calling Pres. Obama a "con man," and others, who still call themselves supporters calling for a primary challenge.

In the eyse of many, Pres. Obama failed to deliver on this one. In fact, some say this failure to stand up to Republicans is indicitive of his propensity to cave at the first sign of a fight. If nothing else, Americans love a good fight.
