Yeah, one of the right-wing arguments tonight is that since the judge ruling the case is gay his ruling is a secret conspiracy to open the door for he himself to marry in California. As if he lobbied for the case.

And if the ruling was different they would use it as an excuse "even other gays think it's wrong! HA!". One way or another, the judge was screwed.
