So, Rush Limbaugh says he'd like to wish Pres. Obama a Happy Birthday, but says, "we haven’t seen any proof of that.” Way to stir up the morons, Rush. Cha-ching! More money in your pocket.

No proof... except for his birth certificate, a birth announcement in a Hawaiian newspaper and, oh, the Republican Governor verifying that his birth certificate is authentic.
