Also, blow torches to cut through the fence and shovels and pick axes to dig under the fence. Then the surveillance setup the Bush administration put in place wasn't really working. So, after $3.4 billion and and estimated $6.7 billion more for technology that the GAO says won't work, Pres. Obama stopped funding the "virtual fence."

We could build the Great Wall, but Mexico, some environmental groups, some counties and private land owners aren't too thrilled.
