This caught my attention, A few of my friends warned me about congress and our government attacking our rights before the election. I hate to say this but they may be right.

As CNN is now reporting, the U.S. government has issued a new rule that would make it a felony crime for any journalist, reporter, blogger or photographer to approach any oil cleanup operation, equipment or vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. Anyone caught is subject to arrest, a $40,000 fine and prosecution for a federal felony crime. Anderson Cooper spoke about it on CNN and here is the video

What happened to the transparency Obama talked about and promised us???? So why so much secrecy concerning this oil spill? I'm pretty upset about this.
