Really? All the press out here is suggesting that Sestak has a much better chance head-to-head against a Republican in November than Specter would.
I think there's some merit to that, given Specter's party switch. That's what hurt him in the primary, as Sestak was able to use it pretty effectively in a campaign ad.

But there are many moderate Republicans who might have preferred Specter over the GOP nominee, a truly right-wing guy. And Sestak doesn't have much name recognition in the middle and western parts of the state. Personally, I like Sestak, and I think he'll be a great Senator if he wins. But there is a pretty strong Republican party in PA, and I have my doubts.
