I also live on Novamar (5) and I had a similar problem............it was easily corrected..........the drainage pipe had been cut short and fell out of the condensation collection tray.

The firm who installed mine did say that there had been quite a few problems with drainage pipes being incorrectly fitted on the earlier phases of Novamar.
