Second question: If you enforce sterlisation on criminals what is to stop you from saying the same for mentally handicapped? Someone who is barely capable of looking after themselves shouldn't be allowed to have children. It would make more sense to sterilise the mentally handicapped... Letting them have children would be irresponsible for their offspring.

Hitler went down this route. Hitler was also against smoking and drinking alcohol, he liked painting and German folk music. Does that mean that because these are all bad because they can be associated with Hitler ?
