Thanks, @Mzungu... thank you.

In reality, what you say is a sensible and an perfectly non-judgmental attitude.

Well, your sensible answer encourage me to tell, here and now, that I am a furry.

Somtimes we feel it extrange to encounter people in the Net that doesn't know about us... so much rich and extense is our "world" and our "history" as a group, that sometimes we could not understand that in a randomly choosen forum in the internet (say, this) most people do not even yet heard about us...

But so it is...

The world and the Net, is really a very big place.

Regards.
Your "world" and "history" is probably as old as humanity!

I guess that ever since human creatures [hundres of thousands of years] were on the hunt they dressed up in the furs of bears, wolves and the game they had killed. For ritual purposes they might have worked, danced and even had sex in them. The link above says that "furries" want to overcome barriers of shyness and connect them to their animalistic side. Nothing else those pre-historic hunters did in order to gain strength for the hunt and for the entire group in order to survive.

Cheers!
