Tennessee State Rep. Rick Womick is raising some eyebrows following some very curious comments he recently made about Muslims.

In an interview with Think Progress’ Lee Fang at the “Preserving Freedom Conference” in Murfreesboro, Tenn., the politician made a number of shocking statements about Islam. People like this make me facepalm. We spend billions of dollars in propaganda TV broadcasts, leaflets, humanitarian efforts, and CMO operations to convince Muslims that we're NOT at war with them... then idiots like this open their mouths and undo it all.
