This guy is a state rep - not a US rep (thank God) - so he really don't have a national stage.

But, agree he probably has some serious intelligence issues. The article said he was a fighter pilot during Desert Storm. Might have had a "loss of oxygen" issue several times that affected his ability to use logical thinking. But, he also kinda sounds like he is using typical fighter jock type bravado to expouse his views. Dumba** IMO.
