If you see evidence of the dragon and Iran's hostile intent (assuming you don't have a schizophrenic disorder) then I would say your beliefs are spot on.

If you have to argue several different factors, all tenuous and some contradictory, it’s a safe bet you just don't want to admit you are or could be wrong Well my point is this guy (in the article, not you) has a failing business, and is desperately trying to pin the blame on an outside atagonist... and get some publicity.
