no. but face it, with some kids only shock and horror will work. like the girls that think it's cool to sleep around.
and the conversation isn't pleasent, etc. i remember asking my step mother, and she wouldn't give me an answer. and she was a nurse. when i was getting ready to start my cycle, she was again worthless. and it shouldn't be that way.

Of course it's not pleasant and yes a few kids will see those pictures and wrap it up but some think "Oh that won't happen to me." And yes there are the girls - and guys - who think it's cool to sleep around. I think I've met more slutty guys than girls in my life honestly. Oh but guys get to be called "players" when they slut around.

Yeah after we had the class about our cycles, etc, I had to leave my mom a note and ask her about it because I never saw her. She answered it at least. Unfortunately not all children get to have someone to explain to them things like sex, body changes, etc. My dad tried to be there for me but it is kind of awkward asking your dad about female stuff.

The people who think it's cool to sleep around, they just have issues usually. Sometimes I"ve thought about why not just sleep with random guys all the time...but then I realize I actually have some self-respect. Most slutty girls have 'daddy' issues, slutty guys...I don't know they got hurt by someone seems to be the case. Then there are some people who are just raging nymphomaniacs.
