Which makes me laugh cause if she is disabled how is she working in another job doing the same work (or close to it from what i gathered from the CNN news report i read):?

Also does not Feres prevent this type of lawsuit?

And if so, why is that? Is it perhaps because female gays are more accepted by American society that male? Or they are more sue happy.
