Well, whether her remarks were a joke or not she herself is a joke in NC. Especially if you happen to live outside of a 100-mile circle from Raleigh............

Of course she's a joke. the state she's governing is a joke. Not even sure it exactly qualifies as a state now that I think of it... more of a colony. An image of hillbillies running through the jungle hunting wild turkeys and negroes comes to mind.
