I've always wondered how gorillas in Cameroon or Angola eat 50 pounds of food per day, while while hundreds of thousands of humans in those countries starve to death - when humans only require two to three pounds of food per day to be well-nourished.

Humans aren't as smart as we think, I suppose...
I don't think humans can get by on what gorillas eat.

The answer is simple. Population control and better education. Less people taking up space who can't fulfill a need.

I feel bad for those people who are loosing work, it sucks. So we should do something about that now but plan for a future were less people are needed.
