Yeah....because wrapping duct tape around your dead baby's mouth after she "drowned" and then partying for a month while not reporting the "accident" is believable.....Put togther enough circumstantial evidence and it no longer becomes circumstantial as a whole. Too bad not enough people in our country realize that.

Oh yeah....OJ didn't kill his wife and her boyfriend either.....

She doesn't have to be believeable...she doesn't have anything to prove.

The prosecution must prove she did it.

I will admit, the media reports seemed pretty convincing to me...but I didn't sit there for 3 weeks and go over all the evidence, so I have to believe that 12 random citizens are not completely unreasonable.
