What does that mean? Suspicious? Suspicious to who? The overpaid Pentagon contractors? Sounds, smells and looks like more fear-mongering.
Suspicious because he was in Arlington Cemetery overnight when it is closed. That seems suspicious to me if someone is in a place when it is supposed to be closed.


Heck would not confirm earlier reports that a notebook was also found containing threatening phrases like "Al Qaeda" and "Taliban rule" and "defeated coalition forces."

I don't see how Taliban and Al Qaeda are "threatning phrases." Depends on what context it was written in but those two words alone are not "threatening."
