What "Bar" are you two on about?

I was talking about a drinking bar...I think cali had something else in mind.

Thats the thing though.. WHO gets to make the determination of whether 'sickest' is better than longest on list? HOW do they make that determination? This is a professional medical judgement that doctors and nurses make every day.
