You have to watch this! Shoulders need attention the older we get. Men especially tend to over-use them because of back or knee issues. As we speak, I have issues with my own SITS (medical acronym designed to drive RFD crazy), or the rotator cuff muscle group; supraspinatus, intraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis. Five minutes with a pole once a day will help stave off surgery and if you begin these exercises early, may eliminate the need for surgery altogether.
