I've said it before and I'll say it again - the PT AFI is the most ignored AFI in the AF; except when it comes time to hammer some poor sod for failing. Some deserve it, some do not.
I agree. If they are going to kick people out over it they need to make it part of the duty day. I am not able to do PT during my duty time days 3-5 times a week. When I do PT it's after I've worked a 12-13 hour day and I do it by myself. While driving to work I always see these different flights working out together. I'm actually jealous when I see them being led and encouraged by a PTL.
