I not only ask for your direct support in keeping the administration's feet to the fire, but challenge everyone on this forum to respond by sending an email or calling either Jim Webb, anyone one the SASC (*senate armed services committee), their own state's senator or congress member, or the president and demand we care for our wounded in a manner commiserate with their sacrifice. If you take on my challenge, post the email you send and to whom on this thread or send it as a IM to me. Step up Airmen, Sailors, Soldiers and Marines; this will take us all.

*John McCain seems a likely target for a letter but his voting record belies his actual support for active duty and veterans alike. The nation's VSO's and other military organizations give him an 80% negative rating (while Obama carries an 80% positive rating by the same organizations). He seems not to care about anyone but himself. Politics aside, make your voice heard and counted.
