He's been on death row for 19 years and his conviction was based on testimony of a co-defendant. 4 men were charged with murder (3 blacks and 1 white) and the 3 blacks were put on death row, one already executed, while the white guy is out on parole. You can't make this sh1t up...

So, a death penalty conviction, based on the testimony of one guy who basically got away with it, with no forensic evidence whatsoever. Should it stand?
Is anyone with an ounce of common sense reporting this, or just the Guardian?
