As much as I love a good cross-pond pissing match, how did we get onto the intricacies of Beef Wellington from weather forecasts

Just admit it, when you said English cuisine was easy, you were thinking beans on toast.

To be honest, I just couldn't think of anything English other than a roast dinner!
