Dehydrated, what the **** ar you going on about?
the failure was due, as some have said, to severe overloading - power in the 9 TW range and draw in the 11TW range, according to the news. Apparently there is unseasonally hot weather, even for summer, and the A/C has overloaded the infrastructure.
So, I guess the comments about the smell are legitimate if the people are sweating, there's no power for providing water for showers or sewerage control and the food is going off.
Bit of a reminder of the reliance we all have on our national grids, huh?
