185cm and currently 86-90kg (depends on day and scales) with a MBI of 25-26 but when I was doing more physical work I was 95-99kg with a BMI of 28-29 but with significantly less body fat!
I don't know where the weight was as, despite looking 'stocky' from a distance, I still thought I was a bit on the skinny side. That may have been because I went through a bit of a growth spurt, gaining around 10kgs on the upper body, in my late thirties as an old neck injury was improved - had to give almost all my shirts, jackets, etc, away as I could barely get them over my shoulders, let alone buttoned.
So there's still plenty of time for you guys to bulk up
As I recall, the 'ideal' in the American SF stories of the fifties and sixties seemed to be 6 foot and 180lbs and that was a lot bigger than almost every male where I was growing up.
