None of this changes the fact that you are wrong about what muscle tone is.
That's not a fact. It's an incorrect assumption.

So, why don't you give us your interpretation of 'toned'?
Muscle tone is gauged by how taught or tight your muscles are, the more toned you are, the stiffer your muscles become in their relaxed state. That's what makes you look ripped and not flabby.
