Of course Grosjean was held up by traffic after the pitstop, but before it he wasn't in "heavy traffic" or behind slower car if my memory serves me right, have to watch replay though. The "would have won" was of course assuming the same situation on track that allows overtakes. I'm quite confident Kimi will win in Spa if there's no rain to ruin the race or quali (their grip just vanishes completely on rain, unlike mclaren, ferrari etc), it's his kingdom (if memory serves me right, he has the highest win % there at least from current drivers, if not all)
