Im really thinking of giving up the booze been a regular drinker for all my life though ive been feeling a bit run down laterly, stopped drinking for a week and was feeling loads better then had a good drink and felt like **** for 2 days.

So i think its time to go T total as cutting down just doesnt work for me, so has anybody here been a big drinker and given up the beer?
