There's a huge difference between having good tax planning and striving as hard as possible to pay as little taxes as possible including using every tax trick known and offloading as much money as possible to tax havens to avoid taxes.

Nice contribution to society.

Both of those procedures come under the dubious heading of "tax efficiency" from accountants.
