Now that's a bogus excuse. Many news sites have imbedded flash based videos. Much of the web streaming content is flash based. I'm really not looking for them to make a point here.

The ones I use have adopted HTML5 based video. I'm not saying that nobody needs flash on the iPad, I'm just saying that the lack of it hasn't affected me.
