He is, he got IP banned according to the PM I got.

i started the thread yesterday about indianscout, and then when i woke up in the morning i was ip banned and the thread deleted.
i saw you had a post or two in it before i went to bed, so im hoping you might know how it ended before being deleted?

I don't know if people talked about it or if indianscout just banned me and deleted it and tried to cover it up?

if you know anything about what was said could you let me know?
