No, that's why I said that personally I wouldn't try and second guess it. I consider myself wise enough not to try and second guess the inner workings of a business I am not involved in though.

As for age....there are 13 year old kids making better business decisions than some 60 year old CEO's. People either have insight and understand business or they don't. Gone are the days when you can get away with patronising someone for being young in order to make yourself look more intelligent.
