I've never really had issues with roll back on hills. Mostly because I'll toe/heel the brake and throttle, while working the clutch with the left.

Most times I'm not on a hill where i have to worry about this though and the car pretty much won't move in neutral.
Nah I meant losing the arse end through driving like a moron in the wet.

I had a couple of years experience when I got my mildly tuned mx5 and I had a few occasions of the arse end stepping out. Though once mastered it was amazing fun.
