I see your point dangermoose, but when I write a 5 page summary on how to copy and paste a file into a folder with screenshots and everything and they still don't get it, then it's surprising to say the least.

In all honesty, people probably don't read it. A five page document is a bit daunting.

You could condense that into about 10 lines of text. How about a company wiki?
