I'm surprised at you Will.
You simply CANNOT 'burn' oxygen in air - you need a fuel - as the oxidant it is used but isn't of itself flammable by definition. That's why I said quite the opposite to being flammable in that it isn't the fuel.
The problem is that pure oxygen will allos some materials to spontaneously ignite and others which may not normally be flammable to burn fiercely.
Oxy-acetylene welding plant can be a lot of dangerous fun for bored apprentices
