It does seem to help you get another rep out maybe but overall it is just another dodgy supplement tbh.... After trying most different supplements out over the past 5 years the only supplement I take now is a B vitamin tablet and thats it.... IMO most bodybuilding supplements are a waste of money and you are FAR better getting that stuff from food.... Eat some red meat that has a lot of creatine in it
