If you are lifting an hour or 2 a day and going with alot of reps... creatine will swell your muscles up and you will be bigger. Not stronger.. just bigger.. Bigger is nice but its not worth all the stomach cramping to me. It made me feel like i was gunna bust outta my shirt.
