uh... creatine does work.. it wont work if you dont know what your doing in the gym.. it hydrates your muscles... it works alot better if you add glutamine. Anyone that says it doesnt work was using the cheap **** or really never had any dedication in the gym to find out.
I would agree that it does work to some extent because your muscles work better when they are hydrated... It doesnt make you strong but a bit more endurance... TBH though the side effects such as water retention under skin, dry skin, dodgy stomach etc. are not worth it IMO... Just keep supplements to a minimum and spend you cash on good food tbh... It is better
