You not got the cabling tool? It only takes me a few seconds to put the end on a cable now.

What tool? I've got a cutter, stripper, crimper.

I have cat6-rated plugs with inserts. It takes me a couple of minutes to position all the wires inside the insert before I can crimp.

I've always found it's fiddly sometimes to get the wires in the correct order, and keeping them in order, as you put them into the RJ45.

That's why I use plugs with inserts. Eliminates the need to hold the wires carefully inside the plug.
