I've found that no maximise button actually helps productivity. In windows I used to be lazy and click maximise on a window and then have to flick between. On OSX I have loads of windows on screen at once (albeit helped by a 2560x1440 resolution).[COLOR="#209fff"]

Not necessarily, depends on what and how you use it. I use 3 screens and maximise eclipse (which has several sub-windows that you all want to use) for example on the center screen.
