Sounds like it's working to me. You won't ever stop crime but keeping it off the streets is the best compromise.

ANPR cameras are here in the UK as well; have been for quite some time. If you have done nothing wrong, don't worry. But I'm sure if its use caught that paedo who skipped probation, you'd fistpump.

What? How is that working? Crime just happens at Corner B now instead of Corner A.

Oh there it is. The infamous "if you don't do anything wrong you have nothing to worry about." Such a short-sighted and ignorant viewpoint.
