Default FIFA ranking: Cameroon is best in Africa
Cameroun is still the top African side in the latest FIFA World rankings followed by African Cup of Nations defending champions Egypt. The highest placed side is at position one in Africa and 14 in the world. Egypt is on position two in Africa and 16 in the world. They have jumped five places. On third position are Nigeria?s super eagles.However?
