Why stop there? Audit every fucking agency in every fucking department in the government. Account for every dollar spent. If some manager can't tell you where a dollar went, can his ass and take his pension. This is tax payer money, taken by threat of force that we are talking about. Hell yes audit the military. Even audit the spending of the sacred cow Navy SEALs. We'd find billions in wasted funds from all over the government on the first day.
