As a general rule, I don;t believe anything these asswipes say. I have to admit, I was wondering why on earth they need all these "special agents". understand fraud, etc. But why not just turn it over to the FBI if things start getting hairy? I personally think they are hedging against civil unrest following a major economic event.. Europe is coming apart.

If we attack Iran, or are involved in an attack on Iran, there may be domestic fallout from that?

On the extreme outside? Perhaps they anticipate unrest from Obama either winning or losing in November?

Or they could be plotting something really nefarious? But they're so stupid, I'm sure they'll fuck it up.
