The truly affluent have enclaves like Jupiter Island.. They'll always be able to live wherever they want.

The middle class, however? They're the ones who are going to get squeezed the worst.

And who wouldn't want out of a terrible urban cesspool? Nobody in their right mind wants to raise children in an environment like that..
Depends on the city and area there in. They send their kids to private school, and it's actually more expensive as far as real estate and amenities, but the proximity to everything is a very big perk. This is actually the first suburban enclave I've inhabited since I was a teen(technically it's incorporated into Houston), but I don't really care for downtown Houston, so...
