but some do contribute to society. the guy i know in the Navy kept a meltdown from occuring. dont know if hes taxed or not. if i were to charge the fed 4 thousand dollars an hour for finding a cure for cancer, and i did, and they automaticly took away some for a tax, then it wouldnt be a tax but a deduction.
My friend's job is unlikely to have him stopping any meltdowns. He serves s function, and there is a reason for his job, but he costs the taxpayers money without contributing. They all do. They are all a cost. They are only worth what we actually need them for, and we have far too many of them.
