It is CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY.
Somebody must have dosed the water supply with stupid pills.

The issue is that there isn't enough discipline earlier on.
Damn, I taught in urban schools; this is just a formula for mayhem.

Can you imagine a parent suing a school district for their son being expelled because he wielded a knife in school because they were over the "black quota?" And another being expelled because he burped in class in order to 'make the numbers equal?'

This executive order may as well have been written by Jonathan Swift.

Our urban schools are already a disaster, this is just the final nail in the coffin.

Teachers will be even less likely to discipline black children, but what about the kids that actually want to learn?
Did he even think about this?
