We implement every treaty we sign because treaties are considered the law of the land; which is pretty much about the only part of the Constitution that Devil City still holds sacred.
Those treaties are seen as a work-around to avoid the 'gridlock' of the amendment process.
Every weakness in the Constitution is being employed against us.
And you can't stop it.

Yes, I said what I said. And I am right. You should know that by now. It would make these little exchanges easier for you.
