What business is it in? What is the goal?

How do you go about creating the incentives that happen organically in commerce, from the top down?

What business is it in? Are you being serious? They are in the same business any other business is hopefully in and thats the business of making money. Novel concept to a lib but believe it or not a business has one goal and thats to make money. They are not charities.
